Responsibilities:
- Engage in customer feedback programs.
- Monitor call quality.
- Identify performance weaknesses.
- Provide coaching and feedback.
- Participate in QA meetings.
- Generate reports and score calls.
- Achieve KPIs consistently.
Requirements: 1 year of customer service experience.
