Job Description
VIVO ELECTRIC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Training Executive, referred to as Terminal Trainer, to join our team. This professional will assess training needs, develop tailored training plans, and implement diverse training methods to enhance employee performance and skills.
Responsibilities include conducting product induction sessions, maintaining relationships with dealers, managing training budgets, and evaluating program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess excellent file management skills, strong leadership abilities, and superior communication skills. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business studies is required, with preference for candidates with mobile phone industry experience.
