Job Description
- Manage inbound customer complaints and technical queries.
- Make outbound calls to address inquiries.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in the US market preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
Note: This is an on-site job. Timings: 7 PM – 3 AM. Location: Masood Arcade, IJP Road, Islamabad.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs45,00 – Rs50,00/month.
