Job Description
We are currently searching for a skilled and seasoned Truck Dispatch Executive to join our dynamic team at AUTO CONNECT. This full-time position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule freight pickups and deliveries.
- Provide accurate shipping details to customers.
- Maintain records of calls, routes, pickups, and deliveries.
- Manage invoices and shipment paperwork.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Negotiate rates and delivery timelines.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month.
This position is based in Lahore, requiring night shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday. Freshers are welcome to apply!
