Job Description
ProtoCall Outsource is a leading inbound contact center partnering with taxi companies across the UK. We are seeking motivated, customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Inbound Contact Centre Representatives.
Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls, assist with bookings, provide exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, maintain accurate records, and comply with company policies.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability to multitask, problem-solving capabilities, flexible hours, and prior customer service experience preferred.
Location: Phase 6, Bahria Town, Islamabad. Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month. Contract length: 12 months.
