Job Description
The Noor Project, a Lahore-based NGO, is seeking a dedicated Project Head for the Orphanage department. The Head of Operations will ensure daily functions run smoothly, creating a nurturing environment for children. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, excellent computer proficiency, and experience with ERP software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee operational activities.
- Optimize processes using ERP software.
- Lead and mentor staff.
- Manage operational budgets.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years in operations management.
- Strong leadership and computer skills.
