Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled US IT Staffing Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit candidates for various US IT roles. Knowledge of US visa types, employment categories (W2, C2C, 1099), and tax terms is crucial. Proficiency in Boolean search techniques is also required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of IT staffing/recruiting experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and platforms.
