Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representatives for Telesales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will handle a high volume of outbound calls, address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls to provide information and conduct surveys.
- Resolve customer complaints with effective solutions.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
Skills: Customer support experience, strong communication, CRM knowledge, ability to multi-task, and high school diploma.
Shift Timing: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
