Rising Tech Solutions, a Lahore-based tele sales firm operating in three countries, is seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals for the position of Call Centre Agent. This role supports a US-based electricity and gas services campaign.
Key responsibilities include managing calls, educating customers about energy plans, and maintaining customer information in our CRM system.
Qualifications: previous call center experience, a high school diploma, and strong English communication skills. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00 per month.
