Job Description
Zeki Expert Solutions is seeking a Compliance and KPI Specialist to ensure our organization meets its performance measures through key performance indicators (KPIs). This role involves developing and maintaining metrics that align with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor compliance policies.
- Conduct audits for compliance assessment.
- Design and implement departmental KPIs.
- Prepare reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with HR leadership on strategic objectives.
- Create dashboards for tracking KPIs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 5 years of compliance experience, and strong data analysis skills required.
