Job Description
Location: Rawalpindi, Pakistan
We are looking for a dynamic Call Center Team Lead to join True Analyst in Rawalpindi. This role requires a strong leader fluent in English with a successful sales record. You will manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they meet targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include training and motivating the team, monitoring call quality, handling escalations, and implementing strategies to enhance sales conversions and customer satisfaction.
Requirements include 4-6 years of experience in a sales-focused call center and proven leadership skills.
Salary: 70,00 to 80,00 PKR + Commission. Full-time position.
