Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking an Area Coordinator to oversee and manage various administrative tasks within schools. Key responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date inventories, managing data uploads, and assisting Area Managers and principals with administrative issues. You will also handle cash disbursements, supervise construction work, verify records, prepare budgets for maintenance, and facilitate annual audits.
Required skills include proficiency in MS Office, effective communication, a strong understanding of TCF regulations, and a proactive problem-solving approach. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role. This is a full-time position.
