Job Description
Timings: Night shift (8 PM – 5 AM)
Location: Gulberg 2, Lahore
Job Description:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Deliver prepared scripts about our services and products.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Document information about interested customers.
- Transfer customers to appropriate channels.
- Enter customer information into our database.
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken English.
- Able to work night shifts.
- Phone etiquette experience preferred.
