Job Description
S Ventures is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support our reporting manager in various tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring the manager’s email and responding as necessary. Additional duties include preparing communications, answering phone calls, organizing travel and itineraries, planning meetings, taking notes, and drafting minutes. The Personal Assistant may also be required to conduct research and handle various ad hoc requests to ensure smooth operations.
