Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Shift Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. You will delegate tasks, supervise staff performance, manage inventory, handle reservations, and arrange for shift coverage.
Your role involves resolving staff challenges, tracking costs/revenues, balancing the cash register, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring client satisfaction. You’ll also open or close the restaurant and brief the next Shift Manager.
