Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Talent Development Company. The ideal candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, lead a sales team, and ensure growth in the regional market. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, implementing credit policies, and mentoring team members. A minimum of 10-15 years of pure sales experience with an Electrical Engineering degree and an MBA is required.
This full-time position is based in Islamabad, offering a competitive salary starting from Rs500,00.00 per month along with various benefits including health insurance, annual bonuses, and more.
