Job Description
Zcom Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO/Chairman. This full-time role involves managing the executive’s calendar and appointments, handling correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings. The ideal candidate will maintain confidentiality, assist with special projects, and ensure the efficient operation of the executive office.
Key qualifications include excellent email communication, typing speed, basic accounting knowledge, corporate communication skills, and multitasking abilities. A Master’s degree and at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary are required.
Compensation ranges from Rs60,00.00 to Rs120,00.00 per month.
