Job Description
Amigos BPO is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives for an on-site position. Working hours are from 7 PM to 4 AM. We encourage candidates from Bahria Town, DHA, or nearby areas to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Generate quality leads for our medical billing vertical.
- Communicate fluently in English; American accent preferred.
Requirements:
- Excellent spoken English communication skills.
- Customer service experience preferred but not required.
