Job Responsibilities:
As a Sr. Training Manager, you will design and implement training programs, assess team performance, strategize channel training, organize marketing events, and provide ongoing mentorship. You will maintain documentation and reporting on training effectiveness.
Requirements:
Candidates must have extensive training experience, strong communication skills, leadership abilities, analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and experience as a Training Manager are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs130,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
