Job Description
Role Overview:
Support compliance activities by ensuring franchisees meet contract obligations. Assist in monitoring, reporting, and coordinating corrective actions for non-compliance issues.
Responsibilities:
- Track and document franchisee compliance with contracts, focusing on payments and operational standards.
- Prepare summaries and status reports for management.
- Communicate reminders for overdue payments or compliance issues with franchisees.
- Assist with relationship-building efforts, including updating franchisees on policies.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or graduated from a Business, Law, or relevant program.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Good communication skills for coordination and follow-ups.
