Job Description
Pakistan 360 ADVENTURES is seeking enthusiastic Customer Support Representatives to join our night shift team. If you have a passion for assisting customers and prefer working overnight hours, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming and outgoing calls.
- Provide information and troubleshoot issues.
- Document call details and follow up.
- Escalate complex inquiries.
Qualifications: High school diploma, strong communication skills, night shift availability, and basic computer skills.
Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month. Language: English (Required). Location: Lahore (Required).
