Job Description
Pakistan 360 Adventures is seeking friendly and reliable Call Center Agents to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls professionally
- Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot basic issues
- Log customer details and interactions in our system
- Forward complex issues to the appropriate team
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Experience in a call center or customer service is a plus
Location: Lahore (Preferred)
Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
