Job Description
We are seeking an IT Executive to join our internal team to handle support requests for various products and services. This role includes providing support for Desktop, Networking, Printers, and other Technical Services. The ideal candidate will communicate effectively via email and phone to resolve issues within defined time frames in a high-pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 2nd line support tickets and escalate high-level issues.
- Configure client systems and assist with troubleshooting.
- Support Windows OS and MS Office environments.
- Provide troubleshooting for enterprise solutions like Antivirus and Office 365.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
