Job Description
A reputable telecom company is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to manage inbound customer service calls.
Responsibilities include creating and closing Network Trouble Tickets, maintaining records of faults, and executing special tasks during your shift.
Qualifications: Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: Minimum 1 year in a call center with UK base campaign.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month, with incentives up to Rs15,00.
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad.
