Job Description
Premier Calls is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Call Center Agent to join our team in Gulraiz Phase 2, Rawalpindi. Prior experience in call center campaigns related to debt settlement is a plus but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling outbound calls.
- Documenting customer interactions accurately.
- Adhering to strict quality standards and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken English proficiency is a must.
- Ability to work in a night shift environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
