Job Description
Leopards Courier Services is seeking a dedicated Recovery Executive to manage outstanding debt from customers through proactive engagement. The successful candidate will review accounts, contact overdue customers, and efficiently address inquiries. You will offer mutually beneficial payment arrangements aimed at preventing payment delays while meeting monthly targets and logging recovery data into our system.
Collaboration with sales and operations teams is essential to resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
