Reports To: Principal
Job Summary: The Academic Coordinator oversees academic programs, ensures curriculum implementation, and supports teachers and students to maintain high educational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage academic schedules, lesson plans, and assessments.
- Mentor teachers and organize professional development sessions.
- Monitor student performance and implement intervention strategies.
- Coordinate parent-teacher meetings and resolve academic concerns.
- Ensure compliance with curriculum standards and institutional policies.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Education or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs30,00.00 per month
