Job Description
KIPS is looking for a dedicated Academic/English Counselor (CSS) for a part-time role. The ideal candidate should have prior experience with the CSS exam and demonstrate robust English language proficiency to effectively support students in their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt feedback on student assignments.
- Monitor candidates’ performance and create personalized improvement plans.
- Guide and mentor students in leveraging necessary resources.
- Assign homework tailored to individual needs.
- Cultivate a supportive and encouraging relationship with students.
Applicants should hold an MPhil or Master’s degree in English literature/linguistics and have a minimum of one year of academic counseling experience. This position is based in Lahore, with work hours from Monday to Friday, 4:30 PM to 9:00 PM, offering a starting salary of Rs35,00.00 per month.
