Job Description
Creative Networks is in search of an ambitious and skilled Account Manager to enhance our team. This pivotal role requires a client-centric professional who excels in relationship management and possesses strong communication skills. As the primary liaison for our B2B clients, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Requirements:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relationship management, preferably with US or UK clients
- Solid understanding of B2B services
- Able to effectively manage multiple accounts simultaneously
This is a full-time, hybrid-remote position with a salary range of Rs100,00.00 to Rs160,00.00 per month.
