Job Description
Quik Accountants is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with hands-on experience using Sage 50, Peachtree, or QuickBooks software. You will manage daily financial transactions, including invoicing, reconciliations, payroll, and expense tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standards
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper
- Relevant accounting degree (I.com, D.com, Bachelors)
- Proficiency in Accounting software
- Strong attention to detail
