Job Description
We seek an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager to oversee accounting operations within a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and cost control. You will maintain robust internal controls, support external and internal audits, and mentor a small accounting team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience in manufacturing accounting; proficiency with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel; strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
