Job Description
AEDesign Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Financial Records
- Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Reconcile bank statements with company records.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Support audits by providing necessary documents.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of accounting or finance experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office.
Job Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri) | Pay: Rs50,00 – Rs70,00/month.
