Job Description
We are Ziyam Associates, seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Accounts professional to manage accounts payable and receivable, process payroll, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records such as ledgers and invoices.
- Process payments and payroll accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks.
