Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented Admin Officer to join our team at Magnatec Systems Private Limited. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: Greet visitors, manage calls, handle mail, maintain reception, assist with data entry, schedule appointments, and support special projects.
Requirements: Matric/F.A education, experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a professional demeanor.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs20,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
