Job Description
Progressive Education Network (PEN) is seeking a dedicated Administration Manager to oversee all departments of 20 schools. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating school performance to ensure adherence to educational standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Monitoring and Evaluation:
• Conducting regular visits to schools to monitor performance and teaching practices.
• Evaluating school operations and student outcomes.
• Analyzing performance data and preparing comprehensive reports for improvement.
2. Procurement and Resource Management:
• Overseeing the procurement of educational materials, supplies, and equipment.
