Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive female Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Quran Online Academy. In this role, you will manage WhatsApp communications, handle administrative tasks, and support day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and able to work efficiently during evening hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to WhatsApp chats professionally.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry and scheduling.
- Assist in communication between staff and students.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Support daily operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- Female candidates preferred.
