Job Description
Vortexian Tech is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in California, ensuring compliance with state labor laws. Key responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle and overseeing payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 5 years of HR experience focused on California regulations.
This is a full-time, fully remote position with pay ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs100,00.00 per month.
