Job Description
The LALA Group of Companies is inviting applications for the position of After Sales Agents. The selected candidates will play a pivotal role in our operations, which includes creating and distributing Nusuk IDs and passwords to agents, managing agent MIS, and providing guidance on hotel voucher creation.
Key responsibilities encompass processing Umrah and Zayrat permits, addressing complaints, coordinating transportation schedules, and ensuring timely hotel check-ins for pilgrims. Additionally, agents will be responsible for compiling daily reports related to transport and arrivals.
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs45,00.00 per month.
