Job Description
International Industries is seeking a dedicated Aftersales Supervisor. You will oversee aftersales operations within our dealer network, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, coordinating repairs, and gathering feedback. A Diploma of Associate Engineering (D.A.E) in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical disciplines is required, along with 4–5 years of relevant experience. Experience in the lead-acid battery or manufacturing industry is preferred.
