Job Description
** Only D.A.E and B. Tech Holders Required **
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee aftersales operations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries and coordinate repairs.
- Gather feedback and collaborate to enhance products.
- Maintain accurate aftersales records and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- D.A.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical.
- 4–5 years of related aftersales experience.
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with effective communication.
What We Offer:
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00/month + benefits.
