Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to farmers on crop management and sustainable practices.
- Assist in implementing agricultural projects.
- Conduct field visits to monitor crop conditions and collect data.
- Analyze data to identify trends for improvement.
- Organize training sessions on modern agricultural techniques.
- Develop educational materials for farmers.
- Build relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
- Prepare reports on project progress.
