Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Female Air Ticketing Officer/Travel Agent to join our team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will excel in customer service, assist clients in planning and booking travel needs, and ensure a hassle-free experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Understanding customer travel needs.
- Providing expert travel advice.
- Handling ticketing and bookings.
- Staying updated on travel trends.
- Managing cancellations and refunds.
Requirements:
- 1 year of travel agency experience.
- Proficiency in GDS systems.
- Strong communication skills.
