Job Description
The Area Academic Manager will provide academic leadership and support to schools within the designated area, ensuring delivery of high-quality education in alignment with organizational policies. This role oversees principals, monitors school performance (SSR), fee collection, fleet and administrative operations, and maintains academic data integrity.
- Lead principal and teacher development, recruitment support, appraisals, classroom observations, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop and implement area improvement plans for struggling schools; collaborate with communities, donors, and peers to share best practices.
- Requirements: Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills; proficiency in English and Urdu; MS Office competency.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education. Experience: Minimum 3 years as a principal. Full-time, in person.
