Job Description
Aftab Group of Companies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic Area Sales Manager to lead our efforts in the Sahiwal region. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background, proven team management skills, and the ability to cultivate successful relationships with distributors and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales operations in the Sahiwal and Burewala zones.
- Lead and motivate the area sales team while collaborating with distributors.
- Achieve sales targets and formulate effective strategies.
- Conduct market surveys and maintain strong client relations.
- Collect and analyze sales data to report to the National Sales Manager.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree (MBA/BBA preferred), at least 4 years of sales experience, residency in Sahiwal, and a personal motorbike.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month.
