Job Description
Jaffer Hilti Division seeks an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead sales of construction tools and fastening solutions. The ideal candidate holds a Civil or Mechanical Engineering degree, has 4–5 years proven sales experience in the construction industry, and experience leading sales teams; an MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.
Responsibilities include coaching and developing the sales team, building pipeline and key accounts through CRM, conducting product demonstrations and on-site support, ensuring project penetration, monitoring performance and reporting, collaborating across functions, and managing budgets, DSO/collections, and multi-channel selling. This is a full-time, on-site position.
