Job Description
Join the Suhail Industrial Holding Group as an Assembly Supervisor! You will be responsible for assigning daily tasks to laborers, including fettlers, painters, and forklift drivers, ensuring optimal labor control without compromising production targets. Your role includes guiding team members, arranging daily shop floor activities, and managing semi-finished and finished products.
Additionally, you will coordinate material flow, oversee floor housekeeping and safety, and perform periodic checks for compliance with quality standards. Prepare daily production reports for management review.
