Job Description
Eastgate Industries Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Front Office Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming VIP guests, facilitating the check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining the lobby’s cleanliness. You will also manage guest relations, address complaints, and collaborate with various departments to ensure a high standard of service.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in hotel management or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of front office experience, including 2 years in a duty manager role. Proficiency in hotel management software and excellent public relations skills are required. This position is based in Lahore and requires in-person attendance.
