Job Description
Job Purpose: To assist the Trade instructor in delivering lectures and conducting demonstrations for students in the Hospitality program.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Academic Responsibilities:
- Teach and assist students in the curriculum
- Develop and plan engaging lessons
- Evaluate student performance and progress
Practical Training:
- Supervise practical sessions for hands-on experience
- Demonstrate essential hospitality techniques
- Mentor students in their professional development
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Diploma in Food and Beverages, or Diploma in Hotel Management; 2-3 years of relevant experience.
