Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a multinational contact center team and ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to international clients. The role oversees SLA and KPI compliance, drives process improvements, coordinates staffing and training, manages client escalations, collaborates with quality and workforce planning, and prepares operational reports.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in BPO operations with supervisory experience, fluent English, strong analytical and communication skills, and ability to work across time zones.
- Preferred: experience with CRM systems and managing international accounts.
