Job Description

NISAR SYNTHETIC LIMITED is currently searching for a qualified candidate to fill the position of Assistant Manager in the Human Resources department.

Ideal candidates must meet the following requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in human resources.
• Degree in a related field.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is essential.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Familiarity with organizational development.
• Solid understanding of labor laws.
• Practical experience in operations.
• Background in onboarding, official communication, and recruitment.
• Expertise in compensation and benefits management.
